TFJ AT FALL 2010 NEW YORK FASHION WEEK!

It amazes me how fast time goes by!  Fall 2010 New York Fashion Week already over!  TFJ had an amazing week with attending so many shows, parties and throwing a little party of our own the team was on the go from beginning to end!
Fashion Week had an interesting start with the Blizzard of 2010 that practically shut down the city!  Then the loss of a Fashion Icon and farewell to Bryant Park is was sad to see it come to an end.
But all of that aside, we saw beautiful collections, made new friends and reconnected with old ones.   A big thank you to all the designers/pr agencies for inviting us to cover their shows and parties!  As much as I love the spring I have to be honest and say there is nothing like Fall clothes!  Check out pictures from some our favorite collections of the Season!

On the beauty end MAC AND MAYBELLINE were the main providers for fashion week and did an amazing job.  But TFJ was invited backstage by Prive Salon on Rebecca Minkoff, Gary Graham and Araks' shows!
Key stylist Peter Lennon met with The Fashion Journal at the Gary Graham show.   We discussed where the inspiration came from for the look.  Inspired by the movie Alien, Peter made his own hair extension with sponges to give the shape on the head of the alien.
